A start on recreating the index to L3D internal pages. Apparently the old index was lost, so I've looked into the old internal directory to find stuff that we might want to rescue. Internal Page Candidates
The content of many of the pages below are out of date. For these pages, we'll have to decide whether they should be updated or eliminated. The links in bold are my recommendation for inclusion (maybe after updating) in the L3D webpages, whether as "internal" pages or in some other fashion.

Written under the assumption that L3D members would be making changes to a shared EndNote Library, but also useful for maintaining individual libraries.The document is rather hard to read and would benefit from indexing and possibly from reformatting.
