Abstract
This talk will discuss patterns of technology
usage, priorities, hopes, and concerns of families and teachers of children with
cognitive disabilities, in the Boulder/Denver area. This talk reports on an in-home/classroom
interview study I completed with 20 families and teachers over the past year.
I will also present a sketch of my future project to design a "smart cell
phone" with and for some of these families.
